Regarding Tier 2 dependants visa renewal

Hi.. can anyone help me out. Im working wid NHS under Tier 2 shortage occupation. Our visa expires in October 2020. How much will it cost for all 4 of our Visa renewal...? Will NHS take the expense for renewing my visa ....? What is the latest fee structures.. can anyone give a break up of fees please..? I stay in leicester.

£464 for each applicant if applying for a 3 year extension + £1,200 each NHS surcharge
Total: £6656

However, the NHS surcharge is expected to rise to £650 per year at an unspecified date during 2020.
If this is the case the total would be £9656 (assuming the visa fees don't also increase).
