Regarding tier 2 dependent extension BRP

Hi Hope you all are doing good.
I applied for tier2 dependent extension through priority service for my wife on 11th July 2021 and I got the successful decision mail on 16 July 2021. But I haven't received BRP yet. I raised query as mentioned on home office site and got enquiry confirmation through mail too, But in mail they are saying you can raised another query after 40 days.
I don't know what to do now. Can someone please suggest what I supposed to do?
