Return BRP after switching from ICT dependent to tier 2 general

Hi

I have recently switched from ICT dependent to tier 2 general. I will get my tier 2 BRP next week.

Is it mandatory to return my ict dependent BRP ?
If yes how and by when I should return it ?

One more question, Shall I also inform my bank or any other utility company about switching my visa ?

Have you entered UK in new Tier 2 visa? Generally they ask you in UK border agency immigration about your old brp and take that from you.

There is an address where you need to post old brp. But I do not know that .

Immigration officer at UK boarder asked me to submit the old BRP.
