RLMT Pre-selection of tier2 ICT dependant

Hi,

My wife is working for an employee on tier 2 ICT dependant visa which is ending in end of July. Her employer has conducted RLMT to find a settled worker and found none. So they have decided to retain her. To retain, they needed a license which they have applied. Now my question is - would HO reject either RCOS or Visa stating my wife is pre-selected by the employer? Is there a rule in the policy guidance that mentions this? Appreciate your thoughts, thanks.

What is the SOC??

Was the Rlmt conducted properly on two sites and a fair process, ie not tailored to favour your wife and exclude others?

SoC is 2139. Yes RLMT has been done genuinely. Posted ads in Find a Job and Indeed. Screened CVs and took interviews. Prepared all the required proofs.
