I'm also waiting since August and the new SOL won't be in effect till November I believe

According to this article - "https://www.freemovement.org.uk/new-sho ... ober-2019/" it looks like new rules will apply from October. However, it doesn't mean the article is 100% true.

It was published by HO already in September!!
