Skilled worker visa application delayed

Hi,

It has been 10 weeks since I applied to switch to the Skilled Worker visa from T5 visa and have not received a decision yet. I received an email from the HO saying that they won't be able to meet the service level agreement time of 8 weeks, the reason for which was because the sponsor did not pay the ISC charge. The payment was made the same day the email was sent by HO. How long would it take for them to respond? Thanks.

I have been waiting 6 weeks after applying health and care work visa , I have a feeling mine is also the same

They replied in the 8th week.
