Starting new job with new employer while on paid leave with existing

ILR approved without issues; might be helpful to many other Tier 2 visa holders who may be in a similar situation. This is especially important as many individuals have had to serve three months' notice while resigning from their existing work while COS could not be issued more than 3 months ahead of starting a new job.
