Study on Tier 2 ICT Dependent

Hello,

I will be travelling to the UK on Tier 2 ICT and my family will travel on dependent visa. While we traveled on the same visa earlier, my kids used to study for free when they are in secondary and primary school. My elder son is eligible for university in 2020. Can anyone in this forum let me know which tuition fees (England or International) will be applicable for my son?

If he holds a tier 2 visa, he pays international fees.
