Switch ICT tier 2 main applicant to ICT dependent

Hi all,
I have been offered ICT tier 2 visa by my company.but I stayed in UK only for 2 months .Now my husband has been sponsored for ICT by his company .Can I convert to ICT dependent or is there cooling of period applied for 12 months which I would have to serve.Please help

The cooling off period does NOT apply to changing to dependent visa!!

No, tier 2 ICT main visa holder to tier 2 general main visa holder has a 12 month cooling off period.

If you change to ICT dependent visa, you have to have the dependent visa for 12 months before you can apply for tier 2 general from home country

OK if I understood correctly, Once I'm on ICT dependet visa after 12 months on ICT dependent visa I can switch to tier 2 general if sponsored by company

Yes, you can apply for a tier 2 general entry clearance visa from your home country, if you meet the requirements.
