Switching from Tier 2 ICT to Skilled Worker

Hi All,

I'm switching my Visa from Tier 2 ICT to Skilled Worker Visa and the COS provided by my future Employer is showing below Immigration and Category.

Tier and Category : Skilled Worker(Changes of Employment-ISC liable)

I just wanted to confirm, if is this correct Tier and category. The reason I'm asking this because one of my friend switched his Visa from Tier 2 ICT to Skilled worker Visa and he has got below Immigration and Category.

Tier and Category : Skilled Worker(Switiching Immigration Category)

Can you please help me if "Changes of Employment" catrgory is correct for switching Visa from ICT to skilled worker visa.
