switching to a skilled worker visa from Tier 1 Entrepreneur

I have been in the UK for over 3 years on a Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa and have now received an offer from a company who is willing to sponsor me for the role. I have already got the extension done after completing 3 years.

My family is in the UK with me, they are on a PBS dependent visa Leave to Remain till Sept 2023.

I would like to know if I switch my visa will my family need to change their visas or can they continue on their visa till it is valid for.
