Technical issue with HO IT systems

Hi,

I have applied for a change of sponsorship on 10 July (Priority Service) and I just received a letter from HO that they have some technical issue with their system and this is why they haven't given me an answer yet. Just wanted to know if anybody else has received such an email?

I have received this email today after 6 weeks and I applied under priority.
