Tier 2 extension application

Hi,

Can anyone assist me on this?
I applied for tier-2 visa extension it has been 7 weeks but till date, I received nothing from home office.
Application submitted: 27th September 2018.
Application posted: 27th September 2018.
Application received at the Home office: Via Royal Mail next day delivery 28th September 2018.
Biometric applied at the post office: 1st October 2018.

My current visa expires on 26th November 2018, I am very much tensed what to do now? Can anyone assist me??

It generally takes around 8 weeks or more so you need to wait for a few more days.

As far as you have applied before the previous visa expires you should not worry. Just wait you won't be illegal immigrant even if your visa doesn't arrive after the expiry date of previous one.

Hi All,

Happy to inform you all that I received my visa approval letter in the 8th Week by UPS courier and hopefully waited for the visa to deliver same week by DX courier but DX courier as you all know never deliver the first time and then got the biometric following week.

Visa approval letter total wait time with the documents - 7 weeks 1 day.
Biometric received, total wait time - 8 weeks 2 days
