Tier 2 extension while on mat leave

Hi Guys
I’m currently due to extend my tier 2 (general) visa which expires in 2 months time. I have also just started maternity leave therefore I will be getting reduced pay for the next 12 months. When I make my application will I have any problems because I will be getting reduced pay due to being on maternity leave? Are there any specific amount that I have to earn to extend my visa or all it matters is what’s on my COS? Do I have to submit any previous payslips, P60?
I would appreciate any help. Thanks
