Tier 2 General decision for Parents but not children

Dear Team,

We are in UK on Tier 2 General sponsored visa which was due to renewal (extension) by 12th June 2019.
We applied for priority (5 day) service on 29th May at Croydon. All documents were uploaded online. Since it was renewal it only asked for Passport and Old BRP. We also uploaded additional documents like our marriage certificates, kids long birth certs (Kids Age 5.5 Year and 2 years).

We got decision successful mail for myself and wife on 31st May i.e. after 2 days but haven't received any email for kids. We were supposed receive BRP between 7-10 days but haven't received so yesterday I filled out the online form for BRP not received for all of us. Today we received an email as below:

Any idea why they have not taken decision for kids yet despite being applied for priority service. Has anyone experienced the same issue? Any pointers and help is appreciated.

Hi,

Just an update:

After filling up form for NO BRP Arrived, within few hours we received emails for each applicant that it has been successful. Looks like they haven't processed during priority time despite taking charges for it. Lazy buggers.
