Tier 2 General Dependent Visa for extension

We came to the UK in April 2017 for 3 years visa. After a year my wife got a new sponsor and she got a five years visa from Feb 2018 to Feb 2023 Hence her remaining duration of stay available is 3 years and 2 Months

Myself and my daughter are in dependent visa, our visa expires by March 2020.

Now when I am applying for an extension of my visa from Dec 2019 they are asking me to apply for 5 years visa in place of 3 years in the visa application portal. Within 2 years we will be eligible for ILR. I don't know how to proceed with 3 years visa.

any advice will be much appreciated.

How will you qualify for ilr within 2 years?

Hi by March 2022 we will be eligible.
