@noble, received my passport with visa today. The delay was due to transportation. Cheers

Congrats bro !!!

Today I got a message from VFS that ‘Processed visa application will be sent to the chosen address’

Can you please tell me what reference do I need to enter in bluedart website to track !? Tried with last 8 digits of my application number GWF but it did not show me any details .

Biometrics 7th of August in Istanbul. Since then nothing. UKVI in Sheffield has made a decision on 10th of August.
Escalation on 6th of September.
It's really annoying. I'm really frustrated. Hope I was an Indian and could apply there as apparently those are taking less time.

I have the filling that they have lost my passport. Does it help emailing UKVI again for another escalation, although I've not reached 15 working days from my first escalation?

Not all of India, apparently. My biometrics were on August 14th, in Kerala India. Decision reached in 3 days. Still waiting for passport. Mine also has been escalated. I complained to home office, fought wiht application center who claim its with embassy and asked confirmation from embassy who claim its ready for shipping. I too suspect that the passport has been lost somewhere along. Almost on the verge of a nervous breakdown since my family is in UK and I'm staying away from kids.
Hope we get better news soon!

They also told me the same thing that my passport is at the consulate, but I couldn't even go inside the consulate. They didn't let me in. The security gaurd was giving me the same junky crap UNVI email address we all know.

Actually I got the feeling that the idea behind building TlsContact centers separated from the embassies is not to facilitate the visa application process, but to keep embassies completely dedicated for UK citizens and also staff there can have their long lasting winter sleep without any foreign annoyance.

Have you ever seen anyone who has experienced losing passport by those guys?

No, I don't actually know anyone, but with this delay and people who submitted their applications last week also getting their passports, I'm suspecting the worst. I dont know what else to do now ...

I'm on my 13th working day after applying priority from Canada - this is very frustrating! Emailed UKVI two days ago and all they said was that my visa was processing :?

Hi All I applied for Tier 2 Visa on 1st August from Pune, India. After that, SHEFFO they asked me for more documents on August 25. I submitted.

I have not yet received any updates since then.
1st August: Biometric
25 August: More documents submitted

No news yet

Very frustrating. I am afraid that my COS date will expire which is only two weeks left.

CoS expiry will not be any issue as you submitted your application before that.

Thanks for the Information. Does that mean I can still wait for the Visa? Because there is a specified Joining date in the COS.
