Hello All,
I would like to ask your help to finalise my skilled worker visa and my wife's PBS dependent visa.
Currently I received a new COS from new employer and submit the application.
I understand almost all parts but the family consent form, it makes me confused.
As you may know, family consent form has three parts and I and my wife need to make a signature if each part has a relevant for our application case.
1. Part 1: Consent for the Home Office to verify application information
- It describes that the applicant should sign the Part 1 consent.
Does the applicant mean the main applicant which will be me or my wife?
I assumed that this is needed to be signed by myself since I am the main applicant and declared that I am on behalf of my wife.
2. Part 2: Consent for the Home Office to verify third party information
- As the evidence of living together, I and my wife prepared utility bills and council tax bills which describes both name on there I think this is considered as a joint names of account.
Could you please clarify who need to have a signature on Part 2?
3. Part 3: Consent for the Home Office to verify information from third party sponsor
- I didn't include any financial support document from third part sponsor.
But my sponsor tick to certify maintenance for migrant and dependants as Y in my CoS.
As I searched immigration board, CoS is not included as a financial support document.
In this case, is it okay for me not to have a signature on this part?
Your kind support and help will be highly appreciated.
Best Regards,
James_Min
