Tier 2 UK visa for my daughter who is down syndrome

Hello Folks,
I have applied for tier 2 UK visa for 3 years and also for my 1 yr old daughter who has down syndrome. She doesnt have any related major medical condition as of now but wanted to know whether her visa will be accepted or rejected. Please guide.

Not permitted as reason for refusal as this would be discrimination. I don't believe the application requires you to declare this, does it?

Where is the child's other parent and what is the childs' other parents UK immigration status??

I understand it cant be reason for rejection but reason could be major health expenses on UK govt.
My wife stays in India and she is indian citizen.
She has also applied as spouse.

Not it cannot be a reason for refusal due to 'major health expenses, it would still be discrimination'. You do pay the immigration health surcharge anyway.
