A Student trying to switch from Tier 4 to Tier 2. He as received a Unrestricted CoS which expires by Nov 15. The work start date in Cos is mentioned as Oct 7.
Now he has NOT completed the dissertation and will be submitting it only by Dec 2019. The course was supposed to be completed by Sep 2019 but due to backlogs the dissertation is delayed and the end date to submit dissertation is in Dec.
1. Can he go ahead and apply for Visa?
2. When is the earliest he can apply with the current CoS. Can he at first place.
3. Can he join and work in student visa in the company which offered the tier 2 sponsorship and later change.
4. He claims he can work for 40 Hours after September since the course ends by September and there is no coursework.
5. What document he should get from institution? highly unlikely to get degree certificate before Nov 15
