Tier2 dependent extension

Dear members of group

This is regarding tier2 dependent visa extension for my wife.
Currently i am on ILR via tier2 general.
I am self employed via Ltd company and i made my wife as a share holder.
Could you please list out the documents required for her visa.

(Casa, not CR001)

I got ILR under Tier2 general 5 year route.

90 days maintenance funds
Passport
BRP
Evidence of cohabitation documents for last 2 years

This has been posted and covered many times in recent days on the forum and the online application process also tells you what is required.

My only query was she is share holder of company, does that require to submit the accounting details of company

No. There is no financial requirement for PBS Dependent extension.
