Tier2(ICT-Dependant) to Tier-2 General

hi,
i am currently on Tier-2 ICT Dependant visa. i have got a job here and they are ready to sponsor me with Tier 2 General visa. Can i switch my visa type within UK or do i need to travel back my home country and apply it? Any help would be appreciated

No you cannot.

Yes, you must apply from home country with a Restricted CoS.
