Tier2 ICT to Tier2 general dependent

Hello everyone

My wife is holding ICT tier 2 visa and she would like to switch to my my dependent on tier 2 general dependent visa.

I know she can switch the category in UK itself.
HR from my company was not sure if she can switch in UK so she has requested if I can share any reference link which will clear the doubt.

I could not find it on Home office website.
Could anyone please help me to find out some reference link for the same.

There is no official link. It is allowed and many have done it without any issues.

Not sure why your HR is getting involved. A PBS dependent visa has nothing to do with the tier 2 general sponsor.
