tier4 -> tier2 -> tier4 -> tier2 limitation?

so I originally got my tier4 to tier2 switch 2 years ago. I didn't enjoy the work (and that field in general), and I am looking to switch job but as it is quite hard to switch from tier2 to tier2 due to higher requirement for salary and LMT, I am looking to switch to a tier4 first and do a year of Masters before getting back into a tier2 job without the high salary limitation.

So my question is, will be second tier4 to tier2 switch be same as the first one? (as in no LMT, lower salary requirement)
