UKBA Email ID for Complaints on Tier 2

Can you tell me what is the UKBA email ID to intiate complaints about Tier2 Sponsors in UK ?

There are too many companies, that does a Tier2 VISA, bring them to UK and asking to find a Contract JOB, and do not pay properly.

Every one understands Tier2 is issued based on a Job Offer in hand. Job Offer from the sponsor alone just to get the visa stamped, not from the End Client[like Banks and IT Sector jobs], so literally there is NO Job Offer.

When the Engineer/Employee lands here, he has to find a Job.

The sponsoring company releases a Job Offer [FAKE] that he is going to work for them in their office location and hires them in Tier2 [ICT], providing fake salary slips in India, that the employee had worked for them in the India for 12 Months, rather he is really not employed in india for one year, the salary slips are fake and are taken back after your visa is processed.

If he is employed by the company, tax had to be paid by the employer, if we have Form16 [Indian TAX Returns Document], we can find who paid the employee and who paid tax, tracking which employer it is.

Why Tier 2 Regulations have such big loop holes, just because of this, engineers are hired by the clients for atleast 1200 Pounds Perday. and see how much he is paid ?????

End Client thinks he is paid so much so expects that much work, but employee feels he is paid very low, and his motivation of productivity goes down. Pathetic.

Here is the Split.

1200 pounds paid by End Client to local Agency [that schedules the technical interview for the engineer]
0700 pounds deducted by Agency and paid to sponsor-remaining 500.
0400 pounds deducted by the Tier2 VISA Sponsoring Company and remaining 100 Pounds

0100 pounds perday paid to engineer, who does the real Job. -- makes it 2000Pounds permonth for 21 Working days.

This is not business, this is smuggling, that applies to people, like goods.

Its the same like US H1B, where too many layers are involved.

Tier2 has just paved way for the commissions/broker/middleman business, to have high hopes and engineer still struggles.

At this point, the only way to solve this issue is -

> End Clients has to SETUP Agencies in Countries where they want to hire.
> Agencies act as recruiting and fraud detection firms tied to it. [to find fake CV]
> Post the Job in Hiring Country and Client Hire them Directly. [Process the VISA and Board him]
> Once the Employee is Hired by the Client, the Agency gets paid, and his involvement is dissolved.
> Then the Employee and Employer is the only ones that are connected, no one in between, thats RIDICULOUS, to see Employee - money EATEN by MiddleMen DOGS.

I need a UKBA mail ID for complaints and the documents required, for intitating a complaint on tier2 scam.

I quit my previous employer cause I felt he was not doing the right thing whilst I was in T2G .

I immediately moved into a permanent role with another company and changed sponsor .

He owes my money and I am pursuing a case against him . But will UKBA put these guys behind bars/revoke their licence , as they have not been paying the committed salary as per COS ??? and also doing agency / umbrella styled work .

What are other ways of ensuring the company is brought to justice and others are not affected
