Unrestricted T2 CoS allocation

Hi

currently on Tier 2 General which expires in 2 weeks. I accepted a job with new employer (A rated sponsor) who applied for additional unrestricted CoS allocation using the priority service on 24/1/2020. so far the request has not been approved.

HR had made a few calls to UKVI and was told the 5 days for priority service is indicative and it could take longer. Any idea how to expedite this, as I’m running out of time? Thanks for any suggestion.
