Urgent requirement about salary tier 2 (new entrant or experienced)

Hi,

I have just switched my visa from tier 4 to tier 2 in October 2019 with new entrant salary and my permit expires on 2022. However, my employer got his licence revoked so I am applying for another tier 2 sponsor.
Since I have just utilized two months of my work permit, I am in a dilemma that if I apply for tier 2 work permit, should the salary requirement still be same as new entrant since I still got 2 years and 10 months to go in my current visa?

I think it should be the same as you still qualify for the requirements of new entrant.
