VFS Priority service - Tier 2 Gen

Hi All

I am applying for Tier 2 General in a couple of days at VFS Bangalore (Premium Lounge) with Priority service.
My question is....
After I submit application, given Biometrics will I get a VISA approval letter/email/sms, before I receive my passport & documents?

You won't know if your visa is approved until you collect your passport.
