VISA and Passport expiry [transfer Visa to BRP required?]

Hello,
My VISA is expiring on 09 June 2022. However passport is going to expire on 31st March 2021. My Company is going to extend the visa.

Passport expiry: 31st March 2022 { Will renew visa this September-2021)
VISA EXPIRY : 09 June 2022

Do I need to transfer my visa to BRP, if I renew passport on September?
