Work Visa extension query

Hello all,

I am applying for my Tier 2 General visa extension (which is now Skilled worker visa) and couldn't understand what document to upload for my 9 year old daughter relationship status as my dependant child. Can anyone please help on this?

Does the Birth certification upload alone helps?

Also can any one please point to the document checklist as I have been unsuccesful trying to find that post.
