Wrong soc code on COS and biometric done

Hello All,
Wrong soc code was applied on cos.
My position is not for a managerial position but soc code on cos is for a manager. Hence going rate salary is 300 pounds short for this manager soc code.
It was a mistake on cos and I found online either visa can be rejected or home office will contact the sponsor for more documents if they consider it is an error.
Could you please advise if it will be rejected or can be amended? Or nobody knows..

Did you manage to get it sorted? I just got a CoS and the SOC Code is incorrect - was your application successful? and did the Home Office say anything about the SOC? Thank you.
