VAF should do. If you have doubt send 2 emails. First with VAF and second with gwr. And in body write the other number too. They are going to read your email anyway so don’t worry.

Hi Divya/All,

Could you please help me know after how many days of sending the Additional Document as an attachment, the visa decision was reverted to you by UKVI?

I have the following case:

Skilled Work Visa - Priority Service

Submitted Application for me and my dependents - 08 September 2021
Submitted Biometrics for me and my dependents - 09 September 2021
Additional Document Requirement (Police Clearance) - 13 September 2021
Additional Document (Police Clearance) Sent via mail - 21 September 2021
Visa Decision - Awaiting

Could you please guide me, when is the next I should contact UKVI? In priority service section of VFS, it mentions that in the application will be put in front of queue at each step. I am not sure after additional document requirement, UKVI is following it or not.

Any help/guidance would be appreciated.

I’m not sure about priority but for me it took like 2 weeks for visa to be processed. Best to wait for few more days.

Thanks a lot for your quick response. A couple of Qs on your timeline/situation?

1) Did you apply in priority service or standard service ?
2) If you don't mind remembering; In how many days after document sending e-mail, you got the visa?
3) What is for Skilled work (Former T-2) visa?
4) Did you get e-mail of decision first? Or Passport collection mail directly?
5) In the e-mail, in your case, was it mentioned: Visa has been approved or concluded or Complete work visa details?

3. No idea but it should ideally be the same more or less.

4. Passport collection directly

5. Nothing about approval or rejection. Just standard email.

Thanks a lot Divya. Actually, my 3rd Question had a typo mistake. Question was: Did you apply for Skilled Work Visa (Earlier known as T-2 General)? However, I assume it would be the skilled work visa only.

Thanks. I guess, I will wait for next full week for some communication to come from UKVI.

No mine was tier 1. But processing time is the same I believe for both visas. Yes best would be to wait till end of next week.

For Divya it took around 2 weeks. In my case it has been 6 days; I am waiting. I will update you as soon as I get any information.

Hi All,

Just to update you: I got the passport collection email yesterday, i.e 27 Sept 2021 and collected the passport today, i.e i.e 28 Sept 2021. I got the visa.

I am getting automated reply from noreply_csmtpgw@homeoffice.gov.uk, every time I send the missing documents to home office. I sent documents to worksponsoreddocumentrequests@homeoffice.gov.uk
Automated reply states “Delivery Failure”

I have sent trying with Vaf and GWF reference

Hi all! Did anyone manage to send the documents to this email address after receiving these delivery failure emails?

I keep receiving the same failure email regardless of the subject line. My guess could be that there is a size limit (our attachments are ~21 MB) and we will try to compress PDFs now.

Anyway, I would be grateful if you could share your experience!

A quick update - apparently, the max size of the email and attachments is either 10 or 15 MB as we tried sending a 17 MB attachment and got the delivery failure email.

However, when sent two separate emails not exceeding 10 MB in size, our emails gone through and got a proper autoreply.

Hope this might be helpful to anyone!
