ACCA+MBA, a new scam to be unleashed????

I am not at all speculating anything but I do feel that in the near future, some private colleges who are offering professional courses like ACCA with MBA or MSC on scholarship will have to abandon their MBA/MSC part as University of Wales has been merged into some other brand names and they have announced not to validate any external degrees (offering by such colleges)

The question is, what is the fate of those students who are already enrolled on these scholarship based courses as I am quite sure that no colleges in question will be doing any efforts to either compensate the students or have their degrees validated by another University etc. Many students have got entry clearance or leave to remain on the basis of ACCA+MBA/MSC courses and if the college seized to offer those scholarship based courses, what will happen to the student's visas or leave?

In my opinion, these MBA/MSC courses were only offered to fetch as much tuition fees as possible (regards to professional courses like ACCA). There are quite a many students here in the UK who are satisfied with the quality of their professional tuition but not at all satisfied with the latter half of the course, i.e MBA/MSC again.

This thing started by LSBF, and still its only LSBF who is giving admissions like this i.e. ACCA+MBA or CFA+MSc and even they offer double masters degree as well. Its been started just to get business and popularity. When Tier-4 was newly introduced, many student visa refused by UKBA with reason stating that 2 CAS needed for 2 programs but later, that issue been resolved without any official statement.

Many students facing problems in getting those MBA/MSc degrees since its been introduced. Its been reported by student on many online forums that no student got his degree from last 3 years and LSBF deliberately fail around 600 students just not to give them degrees because they falsely claim university affiliation or have some conflicts with university on degree issue. LSBF also been reported that it has a hidden charge of £1500 for those ACCA+MBA/MSc program which is not mentioned anywhere even in CAS letters. Many students group found protesting on streets you can watch those videos on you tube.

The most interesting thing is, UKBA knows everything as this matter is a long-running matter and many student reported it to UKBA, but LSBF is still 'Highly Trusted'. Many people state a valid reason why UKBA closed eyes in this matter, which seems to be true but not sure.
