Application for new university

Hi, I am an international student completed my first year of Bachelor degree in Business Management. Lately I felt this not a right course for me so, I applied in other university and got the offer letter and paid the tuition fee. Waiting for CAS to be issued. After the CAS has been issued how will I process my further application process for new BRP card or Visa ?

You will need to apply for a new Student visa, in the same way that you applied for the first one.

Because of the academic progression requirement you can only apply in your home country, not in the UK. There are no pandemic-related concessions on this matter.
