Application for UK Student Visa

Hello,

Trying to help someone who is filling UK student visa application to study under new student route (from outside UK) but we are unable to find any link to add dependent's application. Do we need to start a separate application for each dependent as previously all applicants could apply under same login and one payment could be made for all.
