Child dependent visa query urgent help needed

I am new to this and wanted to ask about the dependent child I am applying for.

My child was born in uk and came back to India when he was few months old without visa.

Now we are applying new visa for him from India but I have mention NO to the question where he is asked about been to UK in last 10 years

Should I add additional letter along with his application that he was born in uk but never came back and did not applied icy visa

We did not pay ihs charge but have confirmed from NHS that there are no debt

Please advise ASAP as have got appointment this week

Clearly child under 10 who was born in the UK has been in the UK within the last 10 years?
Why was the IHS not paid? Child is not exempt.

Also useful to state what category of visa you are applying for!!

Once we came back company did not wanted me in uk so they did not initiated ict visa for child

I believe For 3 months Nhs it’s free and he stay for 5 months without visa we have cleared debt which was after 3 months

Ihs can be payed once we apply visa but in this case we have not so we cleared outstanding charges of Nhs

Now please suggest what should I do can add additional letter or it’s not required

The IHS fee is part of the visa application process and must be paid for each applicant applying. This is completely separate to any NHS debt!

I know that we have not applied visa till now and now applying and have ihs for this new application

Previously we did not pay as I mention he came from uk and did not go back

Now should I add letter is that I can be issue ?

It is not an issue, no letter required. Simply apply.

Just that it becomes tricky question for us to answer No to travel history because when you say no further question like did you had treatment in uk willnot appear

Vinny answered your question. If the child has been in the UK, as the child clearly has, then you must answer YES. It is not a trick question.

Sorry but have already completed the application n answered no to travel history tomorrow is our appointment

What should I do now??

Thought he has never been to uk n has no travel history so had put no to the application

Please let me know what has to be done now

Clearly been 'to' the UK if born in the UK.

Correct it on the print out by pen.

Ok will mention yes and also should I mention date by pen when he came to india


Also medical treatment question does not appear since we had answered no to travel history

Just want to know one more thing pls

We went for visa processing but they returned visa application saying it’s no longer needed as they check online so we could not submit correction made by pen but have add a letter stating why no to travel history because we dint had date of visit to uk although he was born in uk.
