confusion regarding marriage "Before or After Brexit?"

I arrived UK in August-2019 on Tier-4 student visa and my girlfriend came to UK in March-2019 and she got INDEFINITE LEAVE TO REMAIN under EU Settlement Scheme (Settled status) in April-2019 as her step-father is Hungarian and her mother is in UK from almost 13 years.
The question is i want to marry my girlfriend but I don't know when should i do?
Shall i do before brexit or after?
And what documents and procedures are required for the same?

There is no relation between your marriage and the Brexit. Marry before or after, I don't get the point really.
