Doing MSC marketing after MSc management

hi guyz its been a year i came to uk i have done my masters in management now i want to do MSC in accounting and finance and this would underpin my earlier ACCA studies which i did at home country .
can i get a CAS /tier 4 visa if i am doing msc after an msc

Yes, although if the sponsor does not agree that it is Academic Progress, you could only make the application in your home country.

yeah mostly institutions are reluctant to give even MBA case although thats a diff degree but in accordance with career.
so you are saying that i have to go back home and then apply then it wont be much of a problem for universities.

University needs to decide whether you have Academic Progression. If they don't think you do, they can still issue a CAS if they want to, but only for an application in your home country.

Yes, I have been refused by a university to do MBA after MSc.
Tough. But everything depends on the University.
