English Proficiency for Student Visa

I have unconditional offer for postgraduate program from RHUL, Egham. I am in UK for 1+ years on Tier-2 ICT visa.

1. Do I need to take IELTS for switch to Tier-4 student visa application to Home Office?
2. For Tier-4 student visa application, which from the below(https://takeielts.britishcouncil.org/united-kingdom) do we take?
2.1 IELTS Academic and General Training
2.2 IELTS for UK Visas and Immigration (Academic and General Training)
