I want to make one thing sure before applying tier 4 visa

Hi,
I want to make one thing sure before I apply for my Tier 4 visa.

My course fee is £22,000
I have paid a deposit of £3,000 (This is mentioned on CAS)

Now I am again paying £10,000(part of tuition fee)

My total balance has not gone down below 21,000 since 3 SEP 2018. Current balance is £31,000.

So is it ok for me to apply for tier 4 visa this week? Will I meet the maintenance fee if I pay £10,000(part of tuition fee) more? (28 days rule)

Make sure you attach the receipt from university or ask them to change on your cas the total fee paid.
