ICT tier 2 to tier 4 dependant

Hello,
I am currently on ICT tier 2 visa as a main applicant and my visa is expiring end of 2019.my husband is on dependant visa now & applying for tier 4 visa to pursue post graduation course starting from sep 2019.Me and my kids would be moving to tier 4 dependant visa status. I would appreciate advice & clarity on below questions;
1.Can I switch from ICT tier 2 main applicant to tier 4 dependent within UK? Or do I need to India and apply for tier 4 dependant from there?
2. Same question for my kids,can they switch from ict tier 2 dependant to tier 4 dependant within uk
3.Me and my kids needs to apply together?

You all need to apply, so I don't understand why you would not apply together.

Thank you Sah10406 for above answers.
My husband is on ICT dependant so I understand that he has to make tier 4 student visa application from home country.
Me & my kids would apply for tier 4 dependent within UK i.e why I said children & I need to apply together.
Hope this approach is fine?
