I booked my travel on May 2nd 2021 and my entry clearance is valid till July 8th 2021. Now India is added to the red list countries(will be added on April 23rd). What can I do if the travel ban exists even after July 8th? I have spent money on the Visa application and IHS to have the entry clearance.
It's up to you. You can travel on 2 May if you wish but you will need to quarantine in a government approved hotel at your own expense.

If you want to postpone your travel in the hope that the managed quarantine requirement is removed before 8 July, you can do that. But If you do not travel before 8 July, you will need to apply for a new vignette.
