Need Help - How Long Can I Stay Out of UK On Student Visa

Hi

I have to re-sit in my course on Sept - 2009. So, I Would like to go to my home country from now 1st April 2009 to Aug - 2009. Can i come back to Uk after such a long stay in my home country. Will there be any problem. Need genuine advice.

I think you can go as long as you got valid visa and your confirmation to re-sit for the exam from your university.

But still make sure you ask homeoffice by email. And if you get any reply, print it and keep it with you as a proof. So if immigration officer asks you at airport, you can explain him with evidence.

Thats what i think.
