Questions regarding tier 4 application form Help required!

My husband is currently in the U.K. and I along with my daughter have returned from U.K. to my home country to apply for the tier 4 visa. I’m confused about the two questions in the application

Q-1) Does your spouse currently live with you. Should I answer yes or no? I’m confused Since I’m currently in my home country and my husband is in the U.K.


Q2) Family living in the U.K.?
Should I mention my husband and daughter or just my husband? Since my daughter is with me in my home country how should I answer this question?

They seem to be straightforward questions of fact, but if you have problems with the form I recommend seeking advice from the international student adviser at your university.
