Incorrect Valid From date in my visa - what are the options?

Hi everyone,

My course start date at Imperial College London is 1st September, 2022.

I applied for my Visa with an arrival date of 26th August and purchased by tickets accordingly.

But I have received the visa which has a entry date from 10th September, 2022.

I have submitted the passport for rectification.

Can I expect my visa before the course start date? I called the UKVI and one agent told me that it might take 14 working days.

Can I travel to the UK before the 10th of September?

Any other suggestions?

Can I travel to the UK before the 10th of September? You need to get your passport back first.

Any other suggestions?
