Self employment on Tier 4 Dependant Visa

Hi,

I am a Tier 4 dependant visa holder. I had a couple of questions on employment:

1) Is it possible for me to work as a consultant for an Indian company while LIVING in the UK. In this method, I continue to receive money in my INDIAN bank account in India. So in this method, all my taxation etc is in India. Is this allowed?

2) If not, can I work as a consultant (self employed) towards this Indian company, where they pay me into a UK bank account. In this case I am not on the payroll of the company, but they process my salary as an expense. What kinds of documentation is required for this process?
