Student dependent visa jan 2024 intake

Hi.
Kindly inform me that I have read on internet that student dependent visa is closed. In Jan 2024.

Now my brother want to cone uk with dependent and three kids .
He want to come in MSC program.
Can he comes with family .
Or

Dependent route is closed kindly update.

It is the same information from HO that we all have access to. As per the news, from January 2024 it stops. The route is not closed, only it is conditioned

Research program. Like phd.

Can
Student just
Msc program bring her dependents???

Correct, research programmes mean PhD... and I also would include MRes (Master by research).

MSc, MA, etc are taught and not research programmes hence this new rule applies.

I would say better to confirm with the University.
