Switch from Tier 2 ICT to Student Dependent Visa

Hi all,

I am looking for an advice whether it is possible to switch from Tier 2 ICT visa to Tier 4 dependent visa within UK itself?
If so, Could you please let me know the necessary documents i need to provide? (both for me and my kid)
and the whole process in detail if possible ?

Also, How long is the Tier 4 dependent visa processing taking in the current covid situation ?
