Tier 4 dependent visa Processing time

How long does a Tier 4 dependent visa process take? Is there a priority service available for dependents if applying outside UK? If yes how much does it costs?

This link doesn’t show the processing time for tier 4 dependent visa. I couldn’t find anything relevant

It doesn't list any non-PBS visas by name, so I am not sure why you were expecting a specific listing for Tier 4 Dependant. See the processing time for "Other non-settlement visas".
