Tier-4: How to cancel an incomplete application after IHS payment

Hi, can anyone who has dealt with this issue provide an advice. I am in the same situation but under a tier 4 visa extension. I filled in the form but I only noticed a minor mistake after paying the IHS fee. Don’t know if I should continue with my application or start a new one and ask for a refund at the visa center.

I happened to copy paste the tuition fees from my Cas letter. The amount payed and the amount to pay for university were presented as £5,000 and £18,750 but by copy/pasting the system of the visa website understood the comma as a dot changing the values to £5.00 and £18.00. But I did mention under that they right information can be found on the CAS letter.

Therefore, should I cancel the application as a so for a IHS refund or keep with my actual one ?

No as in I should not cancel and keep my actual application ?

Also can I just edit the mistake with a pen after printing the form out?

I had the same mistake in 2015 where i by mistake made an error in my online application and paid fees and IHS, You can add a cover letter mentioning where exactly the error is. Submit that cover letter along with your paper application.
